Nuvelle is a Florida Board of Nursing approved remediation and NCLEX coaching program. The people we serve are not first-time test-takers looking for a refresh. They are nurses who failed the NCLEX more than once, received a remediation letter from the FBON, or are coming back to practice after a break.
That work is not abstract. It is one student, one plan, one phone call at a time — and it asks for instructors who can hold both the clinical material and the human weight of the moment. If you can do both, we want to talk.
We are growing into three Florida locations, and we are looking for instructors who can move between them as the program does.
Two ways to teach at Nuvelle.

Clinical Instructor
Run the in-person and simulation lab experience. Walk students through real clinical scenarios including time with our ALEX AI simulator and sign off when they are ready.
Locations: Lake Mary, Daytona, Jacksonville, and Tampa, FL
Type: Adjunct
License: Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License.
What you will do
Lead clinical skills sessions with our partner facilities across Lake Mary, Daytona, Jacksonville, and Tampa, FL
Run scenario-based simulations using ALEX and traditional manikins, and debrief students afterward
Document student performance against FBON remediation requirements
Sign off on clinical hours and competencies for nurses returning to practice
Coordinate with the didactic team so what gets taught in class actually lands at the bedside
What we are looking for
Active Florida RN license, BSN or higher preferred
Minimum of 2 years of recent, direct patient care experience (Experience in any of these: Medical-Surgical, Geriatrics, and Pediatrics).
Comfort with simulation technology (we will train on ALEX)
Technology Skills: Competence in using computer and technology with commitment to learning new innovations and technologies in nursing education.
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for teaching.
Clearance: Must pass a Level II background check and health screenings, and other requirements for clinical placement.

Didactic Instructor
Teach the content side of remediation and NCLEX prep - pharmacology, med-surg, mental health, maternal-child in our hybrid format, online and in person.

License: Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License. (MSN preferred)
What you will do
Teach content modules across the NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN blueprints, both live and on Moodle
Coach repeat test-takers through the strategy side of the exam, not just the content
Build and update lesson materials, practice questions, and Next Gen NCLEX case studies
Hold weekly 1-on-1 coaching calls with students on your roster
Travel between locations as cohorts run in Coral Springs.
What we are looking for
Active Florida RN license, MSN strongly preferred
Minimum of 2 years of recent, direct patient care experience
