Your registration is confirmed. The Needs Assessment Interview is the next step to finalize your RN Remediation plan.

Our Admissions team will review your goals, Board requirements (if any), and availability, then place you in the next available timeslot that works for your schedule.

What we’ll cover

  • Your status: FBON-ordered remediation or voluntary enrollment

  • Review of your Board letter (if applicable) and required components (theory/clinical)

  • Recent NCLEX history, strengths, and focus areas

  • Scheduling preferences for theory and on-site supervised clinicals (if required)

  • Tuition options already discussed; confirm next steps to complete enrollment

What to have ready

  1. Government photo ID

  2. Board remediation letter (if applicable)

  3. Nursing school transcript (if requested)

  4. Your availability for theory and clinicals (days/times)

Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

  • You can reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice via the confirmation email link.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may delay placement into the next available cohort.
